Missions:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct HR interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback and maintaining regular communication.
- Pre-Onboarding: Prepare contract packs, conduct reference checks, and handle all necessary pre-employment paperwork.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation sessions, introduction to company policies, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and tools.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
