Missions:

  • Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct HR interviews and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely feedback and maintaining regular communication.
  • Pre-Onboarding: Prepare contract packs, conduct reference checks, and handle all necessary pre-employment paperwork.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation sessions, introduction to company policies, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and tools.
  • Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
