Missions
- Lead and manage projects related to issuing processing from initiation through closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Produce high level design documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional/technical requirements.
- Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure product quality.
- Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering (Bachelor's / Master’s degree), 3 to 5 years of experience
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in quality assurance, including developing and executing test plans
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Work experience in development and/or testing role is a plus
- Development/scripting skills in common languages is a plus
- Database SQL knowledge is a must
- Experience in issuing processing (card lifecycle, authorization, clearing…)
- PCI-DSS knowledge
- Fluent English is a must
- Fluent French is preferable
