As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing various aspects of the HR function in a high-performance, results-focused organization. Focus areas will include (but are not limited to) recruitment, skills management, employee engagement and development, management of internal processes in compliance with labor legislation, and conflict resolution. Your responsibilities will be aimed at facilitating and developing a high-performance team, including (but not limited to):

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from selection to onboarding of new employees
  • Designing and implementing training and skills development programs
  • Developing and implementing a performance management program aligned with the Company’s high-performance culture
  • Supervising and evaluating employee performance, while proactively intervening to resolve conflicts
  • Developing effective talent retention strategies
  • Ensuring the Company’s culture and values are reflected in all HR policies and practices
  • Ensuring HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • A university degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a human resources management role, preferably in the information technology sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for high-performance and mindset of continuous learning & development 
  • Proactive with ability to work autonomously
  • In-depth knowledge of current labor laws in Morocco
