Job Summary:
As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates to meet our clients' needs. You will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels and conducting initial screenings to assess their fit for open roles. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with up to 6 months of recruitment experience who is eager to learn and grow in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screening Candidates:
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and language proficiency.
- Assess candidates' alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included). Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology-related fields
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques is a must (An advanced level is a plus).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
