Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop generative AI systems for content generation across various formats (text, images, data).
- Build and implement scalable AI architectures tailored to project requirements.
- Optimize AI models for specific tasks, ensuring performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, data scientists, engineers) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products and platforms.
- Monitor and fine-tune AI models for continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure ethical AI development practices are followed, with transparency and accountability in AI deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on AI best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in designing and deploying generative AI systems.
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming (or similar languages).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and image generation models.
- In-depth knowledge of AI model optimization and deployment pipelines.
