Main Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Define the objectives, scope, and deliverables of digital projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish a project plan and ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and adjust action plans as necessary.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (production, maintenance, IT) and external parties (suppliers, service providers).
- Facilitate progress meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Digital Transformation Management:
- Identify opportunities for improving industrial processes through digitalization (Industry 4.0, IoT, Big Data, automation).
- Implement digital solutions such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, SCADA, or predictive maintenance tools.
Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze production data and propose continuous improvement actions through digital tools.
- Conduct technological benchmarks and propose innovative solutions tailored to the industrial sector.
Technological Watch:
- Stay informed about the latest technological trends in Industry 4.0 (IoT, AI, digital twins, robotics).
- Propose innovative solutions based on the company’s needs and available new technologies.
Required Skills:
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with digital tools and solutions applied to industry (SCADA, ERP, MES, CMMS).
- Understanding of automation technologies, industrial IoT, and industrial information systems.
Project Management:
- Proven experience in digital project management, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze industrial processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple departments.
