Novancy is a recruitment agency specialized in IT profiles, supporting innovative companies in their digital transformation projects. We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Functional Analyst who is fluent in Dutch or Flemish to join the team of one of our clients, a major player in its sector.

Mission

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing business solutions. Your main responsibilities include:

• Requirements Analysis: Collect and formalize the functional requirements from users.
• Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams (Devs, PO, Architects) and business stakeholders.
• Support: Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of deployed solutions.

Requirements

Languages: Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (mandatory) + English or French.

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in functional analysis.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of databases and technical architectures.
• Proficiency in process modeling best practices (BPMN, UML).

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, team spirit, and strong analytical skills.
