Description:
The AI Transformation & Change Expert leads the human and organizational change processes associated with adopting AI within the business. They work closely with leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization is prepared for AI transformation, and that teams are ready to adopt new ways of working with AI-driven systems.
- Mission: 3 months (renewable for the duration of the project).
- Location: Rabat/Casablanca, Morocco.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Language: Fluent English required (CVs must be submitted in English).
- Work Mode: Hybrid (mix of on-site and remote work).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for AI adoption.
- Advise on cultural transformation to foster an AI-first mindset within the organization.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure alignment with AI transformation goals.
- Help manage resistance and ensure smooth transitions for clients as they adapt to AI technologies.
- Measure and track the success of AI transformation initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
Skills Needed:
- Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in large organizations. Knowledge of organizational behavior and cultural shifts associated with AI adoption.
- Change Management Expertise particularly in technology-driven transformations. And strong knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to drive organizational acculturation initiatives and influencing senior leadership and employees at all levels. Strong skills in engaging stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the AI transformation process
- AI Adoption Strategy: Expertise in creating change strategies to promote AI adoption and overcome resistance to change.
- Training & Education: Ability to design and implement training programs to upskill employees on new AI tools and workflows.
- Organizational Design: Knowledge of how to structure teams, processes, and systems to best support AI-driven change.
- Culture Shaping: Ability to build a culture that supports innovation, data-driven decision-making, and the ethical use of AI.
