Description:
The AI Strategy Expert will work closely with senior business leaders to define and guide the strategic direction for AI adoption and integration within the organization. They will identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, advise on AI roadmap development, and ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives. They will also contribute to identify the initiatives needed to foster a culture of AI innovation and guide decision-makers on AI investments.
- Mission: 3 months (renewable for the duration of the project).
- Location: Rabat/Casablanca, Morocco.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Language: Fluent English required (CVs must be submitted in English).
- Work Mode: Hybrid (mix of on-site and remote work).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to assess organizational readiness for AI and recommend interventions.
- Ability to define AI strategy frameworks aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and assess opportunities for AI adoption and integration across business functions.
- Develop and recommend an AI roadmap for the client, prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
- Advise leadership on AI-related investments and funding allocation.
- Provide insights on AI market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with the AI Solution Architect and Implementation Expert to ensure strategic alignment with technical execution.
Skills Needed:
- Strategic Thinking: Experience in guiding large-scale AI initiatives at a strategic level. And Ability to develop long-term AI strategies that align with the client’s overall objectives.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how AI can impact different industries and sectors, and how to translate that into actionable business value. Knowledge of AI-driven ROI and value proposition creation
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of various industries (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.) and how AI can be applied in those contexts.
- AI Trends and Innovations: Up-to-date knowledge on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and research.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with senior leadership and influence decision-making. And ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage large-scale AI initiatives and ensure their alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Understanding of potential risks, including ethical, regulatory, and operational risks associated with AI implementation.
