Responsibilities
- Establishes the governance and quality standards for data management and ensures compliance across the organization
Policy and Standards
- Establish and maintain policies and standards and support federated teams to embrace their data roles
- Check compliance against data governance policies and standards
Data Quality Management
- Define quality standards and monitor data quality across the organization’s data domains
- Track quality remediation efforts
Experience
- 7+ years of experience with data, ideally with previous governance or quality experience
- 5+ years in management/executive role
Skills
- Strong leadership experience in an enterprise or cross-functional role
- Strong interpersonal and communication/persuasion skills
- Strong project management leadership
- Experience in performance management metrics
- Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams of business, IT and other key stakeholders
